Text Box: April Dinner Sign-up Deadline Quickly Approaches April 4, 2011 - Dinner April 1, 2011 Deadline for signing up for our Anglers’ Club Annual Free Spring Dinner Party & Auction on April 4th Not only is this our best party and most delicious dinner of the year, but the auction serves as a great fund raising event for the Club.  We base our food needs on the number of members that sign up.  If you want to attend the dinner:   It is imperative to call and register by the APRIL 1st deadline.  If you do not call and we do not have a name tag for you, in fairness to those who did sign up, we will be unable to allow you to participate in the dinner.  However, everyone is invited to attend the auction,   So call and sign up now before it’s too late! The Dinner/Auction is scheduled as follows: Day:           Monday Date:          April 4, 2011 Place:        Santa Lucia River Club Cocktails:  5:00 PM - Cash Bar Dinner:      6:00 PM Auction:     7:00 PM Approx.  As usual, this year’s dinner will follow a seafood theme.  Each member will supply either a seafood entrée, side dish, salad, appetizer, or dessert.  This will allow each of us to sample several “gourmet” selections as well as a variety of side offerings. Your choice of dish to bring is on a first come basis when you call Holly to sign up.   Each dish should serve about 10 people. We will have a way to keep food warm – just make sure it is there by at least 5:00 PM.  Immediately following dinner is our auction to benefit our Anglers’ Club and its activities.  Included will be not only marine/fishing items, but items of general interest as well.  So there’s something for everyone.  This should be fun for all and produce some great buys!  If you want to come to dinner, call ASAP:   HOLLY WORTH 335-9033  If you can’t make dinner, you’re still welcome to come for the auction at 7:00PM     This is usually our best (most $$$) 50/50 of the year!!!
