Ballantrae Angler’s Club

After cocktails and a great carry-in dinner, hosted by out Santa Lucie River Club, the Ballantrae Angler’s Club held an exciting and profitable auction, followed by our traditional 50-50 raffle.

 

As a result of the excellent calling by our resident auctioneer, Dennis Carrino, we netted over $500 from the sale of some great treasures. Many thanks are due to the bidders who really got into the spirit and to the donors who provided a neat collection of goods, which were worth every penny bid.

 

Again, many thanks to our donors Mark Glesne, John Hildwein, Donn Bearman, Hal Fowler, Don Thompson, Mitch Kaleel and Art Warden, and the very generous bidders, who were just too numerous to track.

 

The 50-50 winners, Marisa Bergonzi and Honey Lader, shown below, are proudly collecting their cash from Gerry Stevens, our treasurer.
